The Director General congratulated the Shipyard workers on the upcoming holiday: "Today we are gathered on the eve of the national holiday-the day of the Navy. This holiday is rightfully our holiday, because the work of factory workers builds ships for the Russian Navy. Thanks to the courage of sailors and the talent of shipbuilders, our country has established itself as a great Maritime power. It is gratifying that many of our colleagues, military seamen, after serving in the Navy, continue to work at the plant. I congratulate our sailors and all factory workers on this holiday. I wish you and your families new achievements in work, health and well-being."

13 people were awarded certificates of Honor by the United shipbuilding Corporation for their significant contribution to the development of the shipbuilding industry of the Russian Federation and in connection with the 75th anniversary of the Shipyard «Yantar».

21 people were awarded the commendation of the commander-in-chief of the Navy. For conscientious performance of labor duties, shown during the restoration of technical readiness of military equipment, and in connection with the 75th anniversary of the plant's establishment, 5 people were awarded certificates of the Main Directorate of deep-sea research of the Ministry of defense of Russia, three – commemorative signs "50 years of the Main Directorate of deep-sea research".

6 people were awarded a letter of thanks from the Governor of the Kaliningrad region for their conscientious long-term work, high level of professionalism and great contribution to the development of the shipbuilding industry of the Kaliningrad region. 8 workers were thanked by the Minister of economic development, industry and trade of the Kaliningrad region for their conscientious long-term work, high professionalism, and great contribution to the development of the shipbuilding industry in the Kaliningrad region. Diplomas of conferring the honorary title of the labor dynasty of the Shipyard «Yantar» were awarded to representatives of 5 families.
