The personnel policy of the JSC «PSZ «Yantar» is aimed at preserving the existing human resources potential and its development, creating a highly professional team of like-minded people who can ensure the process of modernization and innovative development of the Russian shipbuilding industry and ensure the company's dynamic growth. Qualified personnel is a key resource of shipbuilding. Updating the personnel of Shipyard «Yantar» by attracting new employees to the industry, ensuring the continuity of generations.
